How to use
Ensure teeth are clean and dry before use;
Twist pen to dispense gel;
Apply a layer of gel on the teeth;
Avoid touching the gums and lips;
Allow 30 minutes for whitening treatment;
Expel excess.

I also didn't notice the difference in my teeth until I looked at the pictures. The first was taken after 4 days of use and the next was 4 days after. I would definitely encourage taking before and after photos to see if there are any changes because you may not notice it everyday. The brand oral bliss just gained another happy customer.
